General commentary for each subject category is available to ensure you have all the background information required. The supporting information can be selected from the left-hand side navigation panel or from the browse by category Index List.
- Select / De-select Clauses
You can choose to de-select optional clauses before downloading the precedents, and all clauses will be automatically renumbered in order. If you de-select clauses prior to download, any cross-references can be easily updated in Word. Individual clauses can be downloaded separately, or alternatively you can download the full document and edit in Word. All clauses will again renumber and cross-referencing can be updated quickly and simply in Word.
